Gethin Jones

Gethin is the Practical Conservation Officer. He is responsible for leading volunteers on practical days out around the Eryri landscape. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge about the impact that nature can have on the human spirit and its importance to our wellbeing. He understands that people have a responsibility to help nature reach a balance so that future generations can enjoy its beauty.

A local all his life, Gethin lives locally with his family and their animals. He has a particular interest in local flora and fauna and is passionate about seeing the restoration and resurgence of Celtic rainforests. Outside of his conservation work, Gethin is an artist and amateur historian, with a wide range of interests and practical skills.
