Volunteer: Tree planting

Volunteer: Tree planting

10:00 – 15:00, Beddgelert

Come and lend a hand to plant native broad-leaved trees at Hafod Garegog national nature reserve.

These trees will grow to provide several benefits, including a home and food source for many kinds of wildlife as well as helping to mitigate against climate change.  Hafod Garegog is a special place, of ancient oak woodlands and wet heathland, and is home to the rare silver studded blue butterfly.

If you have never planted a tree before, now may be your last chance before the end of the season.
