Wildlife garden and woodland

The wildlife garden and woodland at Tŷ Hyll features plants that are carefully chosen to attract birds and pollinating insects such as butterflies, moths, bumblebees and honeybees.

Lovely views, birdsong, frogs & bees

A network of paths and benches allow you to enjoy the garden flowers and woodland nature, and the views down to the River Llugwy with Moel Siabod glimpsed through the trees. Tune in to the birdsong and the rustling of small mammals and insects in the undergrowth. Keep an eye out for nesting pied flycatchers in spring, bats at dusk, and frogs, newts and dragonflies around the wildlife pond.
