Volunteer: Footpath maintenance, Yr Wyddfa

Volunteer: Footpath maintenance on Llanberis path, Yr Wyddfa

09:00 – 15:00

As well as collecting litter and engaging with visitors, once a month Caru Eryri volunteers can get stuck into much-needed footpath maintenance.

Join us to clear drains on the most well-trodden footpaths to prevent erosion from rainwater and footfall. We will usually be working with a National Park Authority warden, which makes it a great opportunity to meet staff who care for the park on a daily basis.

Usually the Saturday of the month, on Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) or in the surrounding valleys. No experience necessary.

Fitness level – strenuous

Advance booking essential:

Please book using our volunteer software My Impact.  The first time you use our new system, My Impact, you will create an account. Once registered and approved by an administrator, you will be able to book yourself on volunteer days, without having to wait for a response from an administrator. We hope that this will make the booking system easier for you as volunteers.

If you have any problems with the software please email Jen who will be glad to help you with any issues you experience.
