Field day: Training in bumblebee identification and monitoring

Pensychnant Nature Reserve, Conwy 10:00 – 15:00

Join us at the beautiful Pensychnant Nature Reserve for a chance to practice identifying and monitoring bumblebees with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.

The morning will focus on identification, and in the afternoon we will practice doing a ‘Beewalk’, which is the national recording scheme run by the Bumblebee Conservation Trust to monitor the abundance of bumblebees.

Advance booking essential:

Please book using our volunteer software My Impact.  The first time you use our new system, My Impact, you will create an account. Once registered and approved by an administrator, you will be able to book yourself on volunteer days, without having to wait for a response from an administrator.
