Make a Difference (MAD) volunteer weekend 2017

Join us for our MAD Weekend volunteering event on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 September to help protect the natural beauty of the National Park.

Free for every volunteer that takes part!

Expect plenty of practical conservation activities and the opportunity to camp at Craflwyn near Beddgelert. The activities are in partnership with the National TrustKeep Wales TidyNorth Wales Wildlife Trust and more, and include:

  • Invasive species clearance
  • Wetland maintenance
  • River clean up
  • Snowdon litter mission
  • Footpath maintenance
  • Reptile survey

As well as a Mythological Nature walk on the Friday afternoon and an evening of music and food in one of the most beautiful places in Snowdonia. Please note that there will be free transport to from/ to Bangor on the Saturday for those only able to make it for one day. We look forward to seeing you there!
