Volunteer for the day and get a free lunch!

An army of volunteer marshals is needed for the annual Fabian4 Dyffryn Conwy Mountain Challenge, which takes place on Sunday 9 September in the Conwy valley.

This epic event includes stretches to run, bike and kayak and calls upon a team of dedicated marshals along the various sections to help guide the intrepid participants. The race has excellent environmental credentials and over the last four years has raised an impressive total of £4,000 for the Snowdonia Society.

Organisers Ellie and Adrian said:“We would be very grateful for any help individuals feel they could give us. Even if it’s just a couple of hours, there will be a job! Please share with all like-minded people that you know – both potential helpers & competitors – we need & would appreciate your enthusiasm & support as before”.

Free lunch
