Isobel Marshal-Andrews

Conservation Manager

Isobel is our Conservation Manager, leading strategically on Cymdeithas Eryri’s practical conservation program alongside the Conservation Officer and Volunteers Officer. Originally from Ynys Môn, Isobel is a second language Welsh speaker with a passion for the landscapes of north Wales and the natural world.

She holds a BSc in Plant Science from Sheffield University and has gained plenty of practical conservation experience through local volunteering and previous professional work in America, with local forest school groups, and with the Ynys Mon AONB team.

Isobel is enthusiastic and keen to build the Society’s conservation work program – if anyone is interested in volunteering or organising workdays please do get in touch! In her spare time Isobel enjoys rock climbing, hiking, riding her motorbike, and generally exploring our beautiful Welsh landscapes so come say ‘Hi!’ if you see her out in the wild.
