An opportunity to meet Trustees and other Snowdonia Society members and look at some of Snowdonia Society’s volunteer work, past and present.

A morning Circumnavigation of Capel Curig will be followed by a tasty lunch hosted by Bryn Tyrch Inn, and an illustrated talk by Owain Thomas: A volunteer’s year in photographs.

Afternoon guided visit to this little known castle of the Welsh Princes near Llanuwchllyn. Anita Daimond from Gwynedd Archaeological Trust will explain recent excavations and conservation work.

The visit involves a short walk partly uphill. Parking at the site is limited so people will need to meet in the village and share cars to reach the site.

Suggested minimum donation £4 for members, £8 for non-members.
