  • Support staff to develop and deliver an outstanding programme of public events and activities which increase the Society’s profile and enhance the Society’s reputation.
  • Support the Society’s engagement with community groups and members of the public to help them to manage sites for conservation.
  • Work with other staff to develop and progress our work in partnership with other organisations
  • Attend other organisation’s events and activities as a recruitment and networking platform
  • Input to monitoring and evaluation of the Society’s work, and, with other staff, develop effective impact reporting.
  • Assist with other aspects of the Society’s work as necessary
  • There will be opportunities to gain experience and skills in practical conservation work and to complete relevant accredited training
