Volunteer: Woodland Management

Volunteer: Woodland Management

09:45 – 15:00, Coed Felenrhyd, Maentwrog

Help us manage the Woodland Trust’s rare Atlantic oak woodland, Coed Felenrhyd. We will be removing invasives from the woodland such as conifers and buddleia, as well as installing way markers.
Join us and immerse yourself in one of The Woodland Trust’s largest woods in Wales.  Home to the rare pied flycatchers, lesser horseshoe bats and elusive otters. Not to mention over 25 species of nationally-scarce mosses and liverwort.

Help us protect their habitat!

Advance booking essential:

Please book using our volunteer software My Impact.  The first time you use our new system, My Impact, you will create an account. Once registered and approved by an administrator, you will be able to book yourself on volunteer days, without having to wait for a response from an administrator. We hope that this will make the booking system easier for you as volunteers.

If you have any problems with the software please email Jen who will be glad to help you with any issues you experience.
