Planting trees (FULLY BOOKED)

Planting trees, Capel Curig

Booking essential; limited spaces

The year is flying by and the season for planting trees is now upon us. A campsite and farm in the Ogwen Valley, near Tryfan, are keen to have trees planted on the land for the sake of increasing biodiversity. We will be working with the National Trust, and this will be a part of their Upper Conwy Catchment project, which you can read about on their website.

The trees will be of local provenance which means they will do well in the local climate, if well planted! Join us for worthwhile work between the dramatic Carneddau and Glyderau mountain ranges.

We have clear protocols and risk assessments for coronavirus to allow us to carry out practical outdoor work as safely as possible. If you would like more information on these please get in touch. To ensure social distancing is possible at all times, the number of volunteers for this day is strictly limited. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
