This is a second opportunity to help with this task.

The Pensychnant estate between Conwy and Penmaenmawr has been managed specifically with nature in mind for thirty years. For a long time, volunteers from the Snowdonia Society have given practical help at Pensychnant.

A new hedgerow is planned to divide one large field into two. This will eventually provide homes, shelter and food for a great variety of wildlife as well as a safer way across the field for small animals. Be here at the very beginning of this hedgerow by coming along to help plant young trees (‘whips’), knowing that your work will have a huge benefit for nature.
