Dolmelynllyn, near Ganllwyd in Meirionydd, is in an area that is quieter than the well-visited north of Snowdonia. At one time there was a copper mining industry here.

We will be lending a hand to the National Trust rangers who look after quite a bit of land in Meirionydd, working with farmers to balance agriculture with nature conservation. This footpath leads onto a hillside and should afford us wonderful views of the quiet beauty of Dolmelynllyn. This will be a great opportunity to develop skills in footpath maintenance (cutting back overgrowth, ensuring good drainage, etc.).

We hope you understand that due to the outbreak of (Covid-19) coronavirus, it may be necessary to cancel or change arrangements at relatively short notice in some circumstances. Our staff will strive to inform everyone who has booked to attend an event, but please do check the status of the event in advance by phone or email.
