Please note that places are limited and bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis to members of the Snowdonia Society. How to book:
If you would like to book a Full Delegate Pass for all activities, food and accommodation for the entire weekend – from Friday to Sunday inclusive – please contact Claire: claire@snowdonia-society.org.uk
If you would like to book for parts of the weekend programme (i.e. Saturday only or accommodation for just one night) please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Book for the AGM, Conference and weekend meals & activities
Register online for the Conference and associated activities here using the following passcode: CESS2017
Step 2: Book your accommodation at Plas Tan y Bwlch:
Accommodation at Plas Tan y Bwlch must be booked separately through out Event Coordinator Claire.
There are a range of rooms at Plas Tan y Bwlch to accommodate for single/ twin/double/ multiple occupancy. The rooms are comfortably furnished, fully carpeted and centrally heated, with wash basins and shaver points. 25 rooms have en-suite facilities and the others have toilets, showers and bathrooms located nearby.
Three of the en-suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have easy access; one of these rooms is fitted with a wet-room bathroom and is specifically designed for guests in a wheelchair. Please specify if you require this room.
How to book accommodation:
To book your stay at Plas Tan y Bwlch please contact Claire with the following information:
- Check-in day
- Check-out day
- Number of guests
- Room type (single/double/twin)
- Bathroom (ensuite/shared bathroom)
- Any special requirements
Please note that rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis and payment by online transfer or cheque is required within 7 days of your reservation. Cancelled bookings can be fully refunded up to a week before the event. We are unable to refund any bookings from midnight on Friday 6 October 2017.
