Volunteers needed to help with a public engagement day at Tŷ Hyll

Here’s hoping for lovely weather on the first week of the School Holidays! We are looking for a few volunteers to help out with the logistics of a ‘Treasure Hunt’ around the Woodland at Tŷ Hyll

We will need volunteers to help out with;

• Setting up the tent and tables
• Being on hand to provide information to visitors about the society and our work
• Handing out the treasure hunt trail and prizes (and the trialling beforehand!)

We aim to have two separate Treasure Hunt trail one in the woodland for older children (9+) and a shorter one around the garden for smaller children (under 9). Volunteers are also encouraged to bring their families along!

Experienced volunteers and new volunteers are encouraged to take part! Keep an eye on our events page for updates on the opportunities for volunteers, including a Small Mammal Survey Training Course and a Two-Day Bee-Keeping Course all free for our volunteers!
