Easy walk: Spring Flowers at Tŷ Hyll

As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations for 2017, we’ve teamed up with the Trefriw Walking Festival to organise this leisurely walk through the gardens at Tŷ Hyll for members of Snowdonia Society and the public.

Our garden and native woodland at Tŷ Hyll are lovingly managed by volunteers for wildlife and visitors and has been planted to attract birds and pollinating insects. There are benches in just the right place for you to relax, looking over to Moel Siabod: breathe the fresh Snowdonia air, listen to birdsong and the rustling of small mammals in the undergrowth, or just enjoy the spring time flowers. Join Margaret, one of the Society trustees, for an afternoon of springtime wandering through our magnificent garden.

Duration:  Approx. 3 hours, including free time to enjoy the garden or buy tea & cake*
*Members of Snowdonia Society enjoy 20% off in the cafe
Distance:  1.5 km / 1 mile
Grade:  Easy
Meeting time:  1.15 p.m. at Trefriw Village Hall for a return journey to Tŷ Hyll by minibus. Or 1:30pm at Tŷ Hyll.
