Tim and Ayla say, “Locally sourced ingredients are a priority on our menu and we have created a selection of dishes to whet the appetite of any customer. Savoury dishes such as our ‘secret recipe’ Welsh Rarebit are a must, as is our range of homemade quiches and our very popular Scotch Eggs.
“Homemade soup is always on the menu and changes daily depending on the seasonal availability of ingredients. Scones and traditional cakes such as barabrith and freshly griddled Welsh cakes are always on offer.”
